If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item/s within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached. Please note that some of our items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. This will be indicated in the product's description.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you the consumer have an unconditional right to cancel a contract inside the given timescale and receive a refund within 30 days. Love Sasha reserve the right not to refund you if your returned item/s reach us not in its original condition. These items may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of the applicable charges.

Returning your Item/s

  • Return your item with the original invoice to the returns address detailed on the invoice
  • The item/s must be repacked in the same condition as it was received
  • Ensure the returns slip is filled in accordingly
  • Failure to fill in the returns slip correctly will result in a delay in your refund / exchange
  • We advise customers to return their item/s via recorded delivery so the item can be tracked. If a customer decides to use a standard service then we cannot be responsible if your item does not reach us
  • Love Sasha will not cover the cost of returning the item


  • If the returned item/s meet all of our requirements (i.e. unworn, tags attached and odour free) then a refund will be processed within 14 days of Love Sasha receiving the returned item/s
  • We will only refund the cost of the item only
  • The cost of delivery will not be refunded


  • When returning an item for an exchange please include the invoice you received with your order and state which item/s you wish to exchange and what for
  • Once again we recommend that you use a Royal Mail Recorded service so your item/s can be tracked
  • Return your item/s to the returns address stated on the invoice
  • Love Sasha will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items whilst in transit
  • The customer will have to cover the cost of returning their item/s
  • Exchanges are only offered for the same product in either a different colour or size
  • Please indicate what exchange you would like on the invoice
  • Failure to provide this information will lead to a delay in your exchange being processed
  • Once received exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed
  • Love Sasha will send out your exchanged item for free. However, you may only make an exchange on the same item once
  • If we cannot exchange an item for you (due to stock levels) then you will be notified and will be issued a refund minus the delivery costs
